ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED FROM AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of your order. Initial order confirmation emails aren’t confirmation of your shipping. Once your orders been dispatched you’ll receive an email outlining shipping details and providing you with your tracking number and link.
For orders placed over the weekend or on public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.

All deliveries will be provided with a tracking number. This will automatically be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.
For all Cold Hearted Jewellery pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders or email us to arrange this.
